If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason please call on 02 97896433 or email us email@example.com for a return authorisation .We are happy to exchange it providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and not used ,with other product in stock . The customer will pay all freight charges. credit will be processed once the item has been returned to us . item must be returned within 14 days .
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from the item shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please note we do not refund on change of mind and on a item received after 14 days

for- Faulty Items
Defective new items must be returned to footballdepot.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Wear and tear fault products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and approval. once approved Items will be replaced with the same value or item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Returning a Standard Product
1. Complete a return sheet and include with copy of invoice and place paperwork inside the return package with the return authorisation provided by footballdepot.com.au

4. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be organised with the supplier and shipped
